How do you actually produce your best work - and where does your environment contradict that?

What changes in you first when pressure increases - and what is the signal you can learn to catch early?

What is one working condition you are not currently protecting - and what would it take to change that?

You will leave with your answers written in your own words, and one specific commitment you can test within the week.
