Rise & Lead is OWIT Lake Geneva's international mentoring program — a focused, one-month sprint to help women in business grow faster, lead with confidence, and build connections that last. This Spring 2026 edition goes worldwide.

Rise & Lead is OWIT Lake Geneva's flagship mentoring program, now in its third edition and scaling globally as a fully virtual, worldwide sprint. Running May 15 – June 15, 2026, this one-month intensive connects mentors and mentees across industries and borders, grounded in design-thinking methodology and anchored to OWIT's core mission.

Mentoring is the most effective way to shorten your learning curve to success — and Rise & Lead makes that acceleration accessible, structured, and measurable.
