Empowering our community through collective intelligence
At OWIT Lake Geneva, we are committed to fostering professional growth and addressing the strategic challenges of the modern workplace. So we are thrilled to announce we will be the local partners of Big Bloom coaches for two landmark Hackathons coming for the first time in Geneva, on 23 and 24 April.
These events, powered by the Big Bloom coaching methodology, bring together diverse voices - professionals, business and non-profit leaders, students - to design actionable solutions for corporate and social issues.
Join us for free to one or both sessions at Espace 3DD (Rue David-Dufour 3, 1205 Geneva):
» Cybersecurity Awareness Hackathon (April 23, 2026 | 13:30 – 17:30): In an era of increasing digital risk, we will work together to imagine concrete solutions for better understanding, prevention, and protection within companies. Participants will move through phases of Empathy, Ideation, and Prototyping to pitch a winning solution for corporate cybersecurity awareness.
Registrations open here.
» Mental Health Awareness Hackathon (April 24, 2026 | 09:00 – 13:00): We are tackling the taboos surrounding mental health at work, including burn-out and mental load. This session focuses on creating healthier work environments through collective intelligence and innovative project prototyping.
Registrations open here.
