Rise & Lead is OWIT Lake Geneva's international mentoring program — a focused, one-month sprint to help women in business grow faster, lead with confidence, and build connections that last. This Spring 2026 edition goes worldwide.

Rise & Lead is OWIT Lake Geneva's flagship mentoring program, now in its third edition and scaling globally as a fully virtual, worldwide sprint. Running May 15 – June 15, 2026, this one-month intensive connects mentors and mentees across industries and borders, grounded in design-thinking methodology and anchored to OWIT's core mission.

We are thrilled to invite you to our annual event organized in partnership with a long-standing collaborator, F-information. Please note that this workshop will be held in French.

Vous vous lancez dans un projet et, dans l’enthousiasme du moment, vous risquez de passer à côté d’une étape essentielle: celle qui consiste à recenser les ressources internes et externes sur lesquelles vous appuyer pour le mener à bien. Parmi ces ressources, certaines semblent évidentes : s’assurer de posséder les compétences nécessaires pour mettre le projet en œuvre, de disposer d’un réseau assez développé dans le domaine qui vous intéresse, des ressources financières suffisantes, etc.

Même si vous avez envisagé ces différents éléments, une ressource essentielle est parfois oubliée: quels sont mes soutiens pour ce projet? En effet, même si vous en êtes à l’initiative, il est plus facile d’atteindre son objectif avec de l’aide, quelle que soit sa forme.

Dans cet atelier, nous allons identifier qui nous soutient dans notre entourage, sur qui nous pouvons nous appuyer de manière bien concrète et/ou symbolique pour avancer et persévérer dans ce qui nous tient à cœur. Qui nous inspire, nous donne du courage?

Cet atelier est pour vous si:

Vous avez un projet et ne savez pas par où commencer
Vous fourmillez d’idées et vous sentez seule pour avancer
Vous êtes curieuse d’expérimenter une autre approche

Objectifs de l’atelier:

Repérer vos différents niveaux de soutien
Constituer votre « équipe de projet »
Repérer et nommer ce qui vous tient à cœur, notamment dans la perspective d’une réflexion sur votre vie professionnelle et/ou votre équilibre de vie

Prêt·e à avancer avec clarté et le bon soutien?

Rejoignez-nous le 12 mai et faites le premier pas concret pour donner vie à votre projet.

*Veuillez noter que l’atelier se déroulera en français.

Les intervenantes

Cet atelier sera animé par Mélanie Blanc-Jouveaux, conseillère en orientation et insertion professionnelle à F-information et accompagnatrice en bilan-portfolio de compétences. Sa collègue Fabienne Thibert sera à ses côtés pour co-animer la soirée. Après une première expérience dans les ressources humaines au sein d’une entreprise, Mélanie a travaillé comme traductrice littéraire pour des maisons d’édition avant de se former à l’accompagnement des transitions et orientations professionnelles. C’est ce qu’elle propose depuis 10 ans à F-information au sein du pôle professionnel. Il lui tient particulièrement à cœur de transmettre des informations pertinentes et de permettre aux personnes qu’elle rencontre de se poser les bonnes questions.
